PREAMBLE
CanyonADDICT is open 7 days a week, can be contacted by phone on 06.32.36.25.37 and by email contact@canyonaddict.fr 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm.

A. GENERAL
CanyonAddict is authorised to offer canyoning services supervised by instructors who are qualified in youth and sport and to market them to the public. The content of the services and the conditions of use are mentioned on the presentation pages of each package.
CanyonAddict reserves the right to cancel the services sold for safety reasons, depending on the weather conditions and the practicability of the canyons.
Each qualified instructor is covered by civil liability insurance taken out with the company of his choice.

B. SERVICES
Meeting point: either at the funicular car park Avenue de l'Arc en Ciel 73700 Bourg-Saint-Maurice, or directly at the canyon site in France or Italy.

Equipment provided: two-piece neoprene wetsuit, neoprene socks, helmet, safety harness or breeches and a pair of trainers
Attire required: swimming costume and towel.

C. PRICES - BOOKINGS - PAYMENT
C1. RATES
The prices shown include the equipment provided and supervision by a qualified instructor. Prices do not include: travel to the canyon for half-day canyoning, picnic lunch for full-day canyoning.

C2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
All bookings are deemed to be acceptance by the customer of CanyonAddict's general terms and conditions of sale.

. For all bookings, a 20% deposit or payment for the activity will be required.
Payment for your booking can be made either online at the time of booking, or on the day of your activity by cheque, holiday voucher, cash or credit card.

In accordance with French law no. 921 442 of 31/12/1992, any sum not paid by the legal due date shall give rise, without prior notice, to the payment of late payment penalties at a rate of 3 times the legal interest rate (LME effective 01/01/2009).

Any late payment will also give rise to a flat-rate penalty of €40 (Decree no. 2012-1115 of 02/10/2012, Art. D 441-5 c. com LME effective 01/01/2013).

D. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
D.1. CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
- In the event of cancellation more than 48 hours before the date of the activity, the full amount paid will be refunded.
- In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours before the date of the activity, the full amount of the reservation will be due.

D2. CANCELLATION BY CANYONADDICT
CanyonAddict reserves the right to cancel a canyoning trip in the event of :

- unfavourable weather conditions,
- force majeure conditions preventing the activity from taking place.

CanyonAddict will, subject to availability, propose a postponement or refund all sums paid. For safety reasons, any obviously inappropriate behaviour on the part of a client may result in the activity being refused by our instructors. Refund conditions remain unchanged, see paragraph D.

E. DISPUTES
E1. APPLICABLE LAW
This Contract and its consequences are governed by French law, to which the Parties expressly refer. French law is therefore the only applicable law, notwithstanding any conflict of law rule that may be applicable.

E2. ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION
Any dispute relating to the existence, validity, interpretation, performance or termination of this Contract and which cannot be resolved amicably between the Parties after notification by one of the Parties of its claim against the other Party, shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts of the jurisdiction.

F. INSURANCE

The CANYONADDICT guides have taken out Professional Civil Liability insurance for their own activities.

This insurance covers clients only if the instructor(s) is (are) held liable.

All participants must ensure that they have personal accident insurance (often linked to home, vehicle or credit card insurance) + third-party liability insurance.
